Product
What battery chemistry does REAP use?
We use LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate), one of the safest and longest-lasting battery types available. It lasts 6,000+ charge cycles and has a low risk of overheating.
What capacity ranges do you support?
Our systems are built from standard building blocks, so they scale easily — from small 5 kWh home systems up to several hundred MWh for large, grid-scale projects.
What does your BMS provide?
The battery management system (BMS) is the part that keeps the battery running safely. It watches every cell, keeps the cells balanced, estimates how full the battery is (State-of-Charge, SoC) and its overall condition (State-of-Health, SoH), and protects it from running outside safe limits. It connects over CAN, RS485 and TCP/IP.
Which certifications does your container BESS comply with?
CE, UN 38.3, IEC 62619, UL 9540A, and UL 1973.
Installation & Service
How long does installation take?
Container-type systems typically take 2–4 weeks. Site-built systems take 4–12 weeks depending on project size.
Are service and maintenance included?
Remote monitoring and diagnostics are available, and on-site maintenance can be arranged via optional service packages.
Which countries do you operate in?
Türkiye, the European Union (particularly Romania and Germany), and the MENA region. We work with channel partners for other markets.
Is a warranty offered?
Yes. Warranty terms are defined per product and project. Please contact our team for the warranty applicable to your configuration.
Sustainability
What happens at end-of-life?
There are two options. First, the battery can keep working in a "second life" — a lighter role such as home or backup use after it has finished its first job. Second, it can be recycled so its raw materials can be recovered and reused. REAP's manufacturing investment includes a battery cell second-life and recycling facility.
How do you approach sustainable manufacturing?
REAP uses long-life LFP (lithium iron phosphate) batteries and a fully automated production facility. We are also investing in second-life use and recycling, so batteries stay useful for longer and less material goes to waste.
How is raw material sourced?
We use a conflict-free supply chain, with documents that trace where the materials come from, for the LiFePO4 cells used in our systems.

What is the process to request a quote?
You can start via the "Get a Quote" form on our website. Our engineering team responds as soon as possible.
What are the payment terms?
Payment terms are defined per project. Custom payment plans are available depending on scope and configuration.
Can I obtain brochures and datasheets?
Yes. Use the gated download with your email address on the Resources page.
